Not all businesses hold formal certification like HMC or HFA, but many do. On every business listing, you will see a specific 'Halal Certification' field (e.g., HMC, HFA, Self-Certified, or Upon Request) so you can make an informed decision that aligns with your dietary requirements.

When you purchase a deal, a digital voucher with a unique QR code and alphanumeric code is immediately added to your account and emailed to you. Simply present this QR code or read out the number to the business staff when you visit to redeem your offer.

No, you do not need to print anything! You can display the QR code directly from your smartphone on the Halal Deals website when you arrive.

Deals are not always refundable. Some deals involve instant bookings (such as hotel rooms, travel, or time-specific experiences) which are booked and confirmed straight away with the venue upon purchase — these are non-refundable and will be clearly stated on the adverts. For standard vouchers where instant booking does not apply, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the voucher has not been redeemed or expired. Please check the refund conditions displayed on each advert prior to purchasing.

Currently, Halal Deals is a fully responsive web application that works beautifully on any mobile browser. However, a dedicated mobile app is on our roadmap for the near future!
